First tagged release of the ACE3P source repository.

  • Matches the CW23 example set and the per-module command references dated 2026-09-29.
  • The start-up banner of every executable now prints ACE3P Release: <tag>.
  • Release workflow added: a v* tag regenerates the keyword reference on the documentation site.
